Explanation

I spoke with the PC office again and was told the Kenyan gov't decided they would prefer to have more health volunteers instead of business volunteers, hence the phone call I got last week.  Also, there is no way to guarantee it won't happen with Uganda, either.  Just have to have faith.  My new offer should be at the house tomorrow or Wednesday, at the latest, at which point I can accept (again) and start the visa, packing, etc process over.
